Our Story

Urban Tree began with a simple goal: to make skincare and hair care easier to understand, enjoyable to use and within reach for customers across Pakistan.

That shows up in how the products are made. Soap is poured by hand in small batches, on a vegetable glycerin base with shea butter and real oils. The shampoo cleans with reetha, shikakai and amla rather than detergent. The hair oil is built light enough that people keep using it past the second week, because hair fall takes about three months to turn around and very little changes in a fortnight.

The range now covers everyday soap bars, targeted premium bars for dark spots and congested skin, and a sulfate free hair routine. Everything is made in small batches in Pakistan, and every pack carries its full ingredient list.

We would rather grow slowly and get the products right than promise results we cannot stand behind. Thank you for letting us be part of your routine.

Four things we will not compromise on

  • Ingredients you can look up Every pack carries its full ingredient list. No sulfates, no parabens, and scent that comes from pure essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance.
  • Plain product information We say what a product is for and what it will not do. Hair fall takes about three months to turn around, not a fortnight, and we would rather tell you that before you order.
  • Routines you will actually keep One bar in the shower. Two oiling nights and two washes a week. If a routine is complicated, most people stop after a fortnight, and nothing works in a fortnight.
  • Someone answers Message us on WhatsApp before or after an order and you will hear back within one business day, Monday to Saturday.
