Urban Tree Shipping Policy

At Urban Tree, we ensure that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently across Pakistan through our trusted courier service.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.
Customers must ensure they have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
For Online Payments or Bank Transfers kindly contact us on email or our Instagram.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our courier service will attempt a second delivery.
If the order is undeliverable after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us, and you may need to cover additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
