At Urban Tree, every order is carefully packed and delivered across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. The information below explains our order processing, delivery times and shipping charges.
Order Processing
Orders are normally confirmed and processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During sales, launches or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time. Weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions or other circumstances outside our control may also cause occasional delays.
Shipping Charges
- Standard delivery charges are Rs.199 on orders below Rs.1,999.
- Free delivery is available on orders of Rs.1,999 or more.
- Any temporary free-delivery promotion will be clearly mentioned on our website.
The final shipping charge will be displayed before the order is completed.
Payment Options
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Prepaid payment options may also be available during checkout.
Please provide an active phone number and a complete delivery address so that your order can be confirmed and delivered without unnecessary delays.
