Which Urban Tree premium soap should I use?

Charcoal Soap is for oily skin, blackheads and congested pores. Turmeric Kojic Acid Soap is for dark spots and acne marks. Moroccan Nila Soap is for dullness and uneven tone. If you want to work on more than one of those, the Premium Skincare Trio includes all three bars in one box.

Can I use these soaps on my face as well as my body?

Yes. Every bar is poured on a vegetable glycerin base with shea butter and coconut, olive and almond oils, so it cleanses without leaving skin tight. As with any new skincare product, patch test first to check for a reaction.

Are Urban Tree premium soaps sulfate and paraben free?

Yes. There are no sulfates and no parabens in any of our premium bars, and the full ingredient list is printed on every pack. Each bar is poured by hand in small batches in Pakistan.

How long does delivery take, and is cash on delivery available?

Orders are confirmed and processed within 1 to 2 business days, and most deliveries arrive within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 1,999 or more, and Rs. 199 below that.

Can I return a soap if it is not right for me?

Unopened and unused bars can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons opened skincare cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 339 8089632 or by email before sending anything back.
