Dullness is rarely about something your skin is missing. It is usually a layer of dead skin and buildup sitting on top of a perfectly good complexion.
This bar is made with real Arabica coffee grounds, milled fine enough to buff that layer away without the scratching you get from sharp synthetic beads. The rich lather clears excess oil at the same time, so skin ends up genuinely clean rather than only scrubbed.
Because it is gentle enough for daily use, the effect compounds. Skin feels softer, looks more awake, and takes moisturiser and makeup noticeably better.

A scrub that leaves your face pink is a scrub you will use twice and abandon. Exfoliation only pays off once it becomes routine.

Questions people ask
Is it too harsh for daily use?
No. The grounds are milled fine enough for daily washing, which is rather the point. A scrub you can only tolerate twice a week does very little over the course of a month.
If your skin is on the sensitive side, start every other day and build up from there.
How long before I see a difference?
Smoothness is usually noticeable from the first few washes. Brightness takes longer, typically four to six weeks of regular use, because that is how long surface skin takes to fully turn over.
Can I use it on my body as well?
Yes, and it works particularly well on rough areas like upper arms, elbows and knees. Same routine, with a little more pressure on thicker skin.

Will the grounds block my drain?
No. The grounds in the bar are very fine and rinse away with the lather. This is nothing like tipping used coffee down the sink.
What is actually in it?
Vegetable Glycerin Soap Base, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Shea Butter, Almond Oil, Castor Oil, Rose Water, Coffee Grounds, Edible Colour.
No sulfates. No parabens. Nothing hidden behind the word fragrance.
The colour is food grade edible colour. We could tell you the pink comes from clay and the green from leaves. It does not, and we would rather say so.
